SARDINES AND PINEAPPLE FRENCH TOAST

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

1 can Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce 215g
1 pc French baguette
1/4 onion
4 pc mushroom
1 can Ayam Brand™ Pineapple Cubes
2 tsp butter
2 tbsp Duchef Tomato Puree
2 tbsp grated cheese
Little thyme

 

PREPARATION

Slice French baguette into big pieces.
Wash and slice the mushroom, shred the onion and set them aside.

 

SPREAD

Spread the butter and the tomato puree on the bread.
Then spread the sardines, the mushroom, the onion and the pineapple evenly on the bread.
Sprinkle grated cheese and thyme on the top.

 

BAKING

Oven is pre-heated at 140ºC. Bake the bread for 10 minutes.

You can use several different kinds of breads to vary the tastes.
