Ep04-Rendang-steak

Prep Time: 15 Mins   Cook Time: 10 Mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 100g rump or fillet steak, flattened using a meat mallet
  • 4 tbsp Ayam Brand™ Rendang Paste*
  • 4 tbsp Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk
  • 2 servings thick cut fries or boiled new potatoes
    • (tossed with a little salt and butter)
  • Chopped fresh coriander for garnish

 

* This product has not been launched in Malaysia

 

Method:

Marinate minute steaks with rendang paste and coconut milk for 10 minutes at roomtemperature. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry steak till desired doneness. Serve with fries or potatoes.
